I had a therapist there that was all about routine and sticking to it strictly. My dad was sent to stl and died on the table during surgery and was brought back. Breathing tube in, 4 tubes in his stomach, was on 9 different medications to keep him alive and stable so my mom stayed with him in the hospital for almost 4 weeks. I held off on making a review for a while now, because I didn't see the point in it. I rarely review places to begin with. However, after what transpired this morning I feel there is a need for it now. In the beginning my time at Life Thrive went alright. The billing department has no communication with their therspists which leads you to getting charged ridiculous fees. They also bill your insurance incorrectly and try to charge you co-pays they you shouldn't have. They seriously have no idea what they are doing in the administration side of things which is sad because the therapists there really seem to be good at what they do. Stay far away from these money grabbers.

Counselor Shaye is wonderful! She is warm and genuinely compassionate while skillfully guiding me through unpacking and processing some childhood and adult traumas.

They deliver on what their psycology today article says and are not some sort of scam like some have said. They operate several Brainsway TMS coils and if you are looking for TMS services they are the ones who do and will provide it. However, I can say their mask policy during the pandemic was quite poor, and the phone system for setting up appointments can be very unreliable.
