The billing department has no communication with their therspists which leads you to getting charged ridiculous fees. They also bill your insurance incorrectly and try to charge you co-pays they you shouldn't have. They seriously have no idea what they are doing in the administration side of things which is sad because the therapists there really seem to be good at what they do. Stay far away from these money grabbers.
Counselor Shaye is wonderful! She is warm and genuinely compassionate while skillfully guiding me through unpacking and processing some childhood and adult traumas.
They deliver on what their psycology today article says and are not some sort of scam like some have said. They operate several Brainsway TMS coils and if you are looking for TMS services they are the ones who do and will provide it. However, I can say their mask policy during the pandemic was quite poor, and the phone system for setting up appointments can be very unreliable.
