They are supposed to be 9 to 5. Call at 4 and you can't get a hold of anyone. It's kind of shitty considering they deal with necessary oxygen and other equipment for my pre mature daughter. They should update their hours if they are going to decide to close at their whim.
The great customer service during the week is the best all the lovely ladies that answer the phone are amazing but there's one that stands out her name is Nelly. She is always willing to help me out with any questions I have and is so great in answering my questions. Even the delivery guys who deliver my supplies are always in such a great mood.
