Just thought I should share that they have a job post on indeed offering $24.92-$45.00/hr for licensed MFTs. That’s a joke and clearly you don’t care about attracting top talent. YOU’RE IN MALIBU!!! You realize fast food workers get $20.00/hr now right? So you’re offering $4.92 more for someone that’s gone through grad school lol. Good luck, your pay is insulting
If it wasn't for Lifesync, I would be dead right now. The substance abuse and mental health program are by far the best in the country, after 7 programs in 13 months, this place has saved my life.
I have been a client at life sync four times. Each time I have come back to treatment the staff have always been so kind and supportive. Gina and Ryely have known me since my first time coming to treatment in 2020. Each time I have asked to come back they welcomed me with open arms, even after I wasn’t the nicest client in the past.
