They do an amazing job but they really need to watch the phone, everytime i try to call for an appointment i never get an answer.
Awful. My hair has been green, red, sold me shampoo that washed out my colour. Kaitlyn did my hair. I had been contemplating going somewhere else because I always left with hair looking terrible. She told me it turned green because of the chlorine in the pool so last time I was there she sold me clarifying shampoo and this time she told me my colour (brown) was coming out because of the clarifying shampoo she sold me. Went to get a cut and style, the hairdresser wasn’t confident with doing a full undercut around my head, she asked another hair dresser to cut it for me and then cut me with the clippers on my neck…didn’t even say anything about it. she also wasn’t confident with the braids I asked for after I provided a picture. She ended up feeling sick after the undercut and went home without finishing my hair. Thankfully the other stylist in the building took me between her other clients to finish my style.
Best in the business. All of the employees are very knowledgeable and courteous.
