The owner never speaks on phone (even for the first time), clear communication problems, made a mistake but blamed me and never even assumed she might not be as perfect as she thinks. Not updated information (prices, cancellation policy, missed appointment policy and so on) between her website, advertising printed materials and whatever comes of of her texting/conversations.
