Since 1990, we've helped both beginner and advanced investors locate, evaluate, purchase, renovate and rent everything from single-family houses to 600 + unit apartment complexes to produce passive streams of income. I once was a member, many years ago. Expensive and the juice isn’t worth the squeeze. I am unfortunately still stuck in investments with LU and General Partners who are neglecting their fiduciary responsibilities and the LU mentorship and oversight is NO HELP. The hands-on education was decent, but once they have your money, they stop caring and responding. Many investors have spent personal legal funds to get out investments turned bad due to absent leadership, with no help from LU. I am still in an Apt. investment that loo... read more
As a former Preferred Investor member for the past two years, I unfortunately experienced some passive deals that required multiple cash call requests and others that provided minimal or no returns. While I acknowledge the well-intentioned individuals behind the program, I found that the current model did not work for me despite my efforts to follow their instructions. However, if the results were to change in the future (and I sincerely hope they do), I would be happy to update my review accordingly.
