I received a gift certificate, and decided to schedule an appointment with them! I’m so so glad I did. My first ever massage. And it was absolutely wonderful! I chose a more relaxing massage, it was wonderful and my muscles were still worked on perfectly! I felt insanely relaxed, and when she was all done, I felt like I was in a whole other world. I highly recommend Lifestyle massage!
I've been to Lifestyles several times to see Shauna. I went yesterday because of my sciatica. I was in more pain than usual and having trouble walking. She is incredible. After 90 minutes I got up and walked out easily. I don't know how she does it but she has magic in those hands. After trying several other places she is the best by far. I have to stop waiting so long between sessions :)
One of my favorite massage therapists I've been too. She hits all the right spots that always gives me relief from pain.
I tried this place, for spasms in my upper back. scheduling was easy, courteous, greeted promptly on arrival. I'm by no means a authority on massages, but this was an incredible relief of my back pain. I had some mild discomfort over the following week, returned for another massage, and have since been completely pain free. I most definitely would recommend.
Mrs. Shauna is the Best. I have had massages all over, as well as, a back injury for almost 18 years. Shauna is so consistent and able to really get into the painful knots and tight muscles. 100% worth the try!
