I love a good massage and have had them all over the world from Thailand to New Zealand. Shauna at lifestyles is the best ever. She cured my frozen shoulder when ortho and PT couldn't help. She is knowledgeable and so kind. Try this place, you will be happy you did!
I've been to Lifestyles several times to see Shauna. I went yesterday because of my sciatica. I was in more pain than usual and having trouble walking. She is incredible. After 90 minutes I got up and walked out and left the sciatica pain there. I don't know how she does it but she has magic in those hands. After trying several other places she is the best by far. I have to stop waiting so long between sessions :)

I received a gift certificate, and decided to schedule an appointment with them! I’m so so glad I did. My first ever massage. And it was absolutely wonderful! I chose a more relaxing massage, it was wonderful and my muscles were still worked on perfectly! I felt insanely relaxed, and when she was all done, I felt like I was in a whole other world. I highly recommend Lifestyle massage!
