No customer service after the sale.
They ignore you a year later if you're having problems with your tub. Find a company with customer service because this one isn't it.
I have a tub and the handle for the top was the wrong size. Installed in the insulation and not on mounting bracket. After a couple months it came apart. Now I'm having a hard time getting it fixed. I spent a lot of money and siding cracked and needs to be replaced. I called Fenton to schedule work. They had to order parts and have not called me to let me know when it will be worked on. They also need to get the correct size handle.
