Worse company ever! Called to schedule a removal of a hot tub. They called me $200. Then it went up to $750. Then they wouldn’t schedule a date to remove it. So my husband and I went down there and asked them what was going on and they said that we would have to remove our deck railing and that is permanently attached to our trex decking. We said that we couldn’t remove it and they said well they’re not gonna schedule a date and they’re not gonna give us her money back. I asked what are you talking about? Fantastic resource for learning to maintain my spa. Employee were extremely helpful both on the phone and in person, and they were able to come up with a plan for me to get my water chemistry under control - something I had been struggling with. Prices were fair, and there was no pressure to buy anything I didn’t need. I’m not even the original owner of the tub! They really stand behind their equipment.
Manager was very helpful. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.
