Called the store to get details on ordering a new hot tub cover. I received excellent customer service. Both sales people I talked to were friendly and helpful.

Daniel, Hunter and Mason delivered our hot tub a few weeks ago. The delivery was right on time. They were personable and worked hard to get the hot tub and Covana set up for us. They ran into a few challenges during the set up. They remained calm, patient, and did their best to help find solutions. They communicated with the store and with us to solve the issues.
