Really great gym that’s easy to navigate and use. All staff have been extremely kind and accommodating. Only thing I’d want more of is larger and more available gyms for basketball!
All the employees are all very kind, helpful and encouraging. The atmosphere is very energetic and motivating. The one employee that has consistently been an asset to this facility and can’t say enough about him is Thomas Santa.
I didn’t feel comfortable undressing in the women’s locker room with a man (dressed as a woman) in there. Spoke to membership services and they said that they tolerate that. So I ended up canceling my membership because I don’t feel comfortable. Which meant that I had to have a doctors note to cancel.
Weird rules. No kids at certain times. No day passes. Boo.
