Started in November 2025 by word of mouth. I joined specifically to utilize the pools for rehabilitation. I have lost count of the times the Stow and Bath facilities pools have been down. When questioned, staff members are unable to state what the issues with the pools are. Sometimes they do not update the app with sections of the gym that are closed. Been coming here for 17yrs. Never has this place been in such poor condition. Pads on machines are ripped and have been for 6+ months. Bench machine adjustment hasnt worked for over a year. 50% of steppers are down. You would be lucky to find a piece of equipment in this place that is 100% functional. Steam room is full of mold, no joke. Hot tub is broken half the time. If you only come twice a week you may not get to use it for months id imagine. staff is nice, but the therapy pool and leisure pool are closed more than they’re open and you would think with Cleveland Clinic money that they make they would have better upkeep of their facilities for their high price membership, They also let kids run a muck in the therapy pool, there’s no age limit to be in there
I’ve been a member here for a while, paying about $60/month, and unfortunately the overall experience has been steadily declining. In just the past few days alone, there have been multiple significant issues. The front lobby was closed due to flooding, with uncertainty around whether it was caused by a roof leak or a failed ceiling unit. The following day, the Jacuzzi jets were not working, leaving members sitting in stagnant water rather than a functioning hydrotherapy experience.
