Chronically broken equipment, pool facilities closed more than open, air conditioning spotty, and overall maintenance appears to be non existent. Cleveland Clinic should be embarrassed to have their brand on this place. But then again are they not the ones responsible for this clunker?
BEWARE..dont waste your money...EVERYTHING BROKEN..hot tub, steam rooms, sauna, therapy pool and today NO AIR CONDITIONING. REALLY. And no one can tell us why
