I’ve been a member here for a while, paying about $60/month, and unfortunately the overall experience has been steadily declining. In just the past few days alone, there have been multiple significant issues. The front lobby was closed due to flooding, with uncertainty around whether it was caused by a roof leak or a failed ceiling unit. The following day, the Jacuzzi jets were not working, leaving members sitting in stagnant water rather than a functioning hydrotherapy experience. Really great gym that’s easy to navigate and use. All staff have been extremely kind and accommodating. Only thing I’d want more of is larger and more available gyms for basketball!
All the employees are all very kind, helpful and encouraging. The atmosphere is very energetic and motivating. The one employee that has consistently been an asset to this facility and can’t say enough about him is Thomas Santa.
