I share the same sentiment as several others here, my husband and I have been trying to cancel our membership for weeks, we continue to get the runaround from Thomas about how he’s the “in between” and cannot make the decision. We are taking this up with the Better Business Bureau, our bank and will be letting our lawyer know. This is unacceptable and I will fight this until it’s rectified.
Good place for indoor swimming and exercise. The pools are sometimes under maintenance, though.
