The gym is ok, but they have an outdated system that has caused nothing but headaches for my family and I. Our kids were locked out of a swim class last spring due to an inefficient system involving untrained desk staff and physical paperwork. I've been a member for almost 5 years and paid for a family membership and never really had any issues except for the hot tub and steam room being down from time to time. Recently, my teenage son asked to start coming to the gym with me and I was thrilled that he wants to start learning about weight training and nutrition and spend time with his dad.
