Amazing pools, great staff, fantastic facility
Excellent, very thorough, local Health Fitness facility located in Green, OH and affiliated with Akron General Hospital / Cleveland Clinic. "Lifestyles" in Green also has Physical Therapy ("PT") Rehabilitation and Exercise Therapy capability for recovering patients. The facility itself is what holds up in the higher ratings. The locker rooms are spacious, modern design, equipment up to date with good varietu, the gym was never too packed in the mornings. The front desk staff have been kind. However, based on the Center’s overarching quality of services, I question the quality of maintenance and sanitation. Very outdated and cumbersome membership practices. Require an initiation fee and ongoing perpetual monthly charges. They autorenew without your consent, and then make it virtually impossible to cancel. Membership director does not return phone calls. Mediocre facilities. They sell themselves as an upscale medical fitness facility but they are mediocre at at best. You can do much better at a community rec center or YMCA without the shady membership practices and fees. Cleveland Clinic should be ashamed.
