We have been without water in my home for 2 weeks and counting, at the hands of lifestyles strata management. We pay an arm and a leg to dig up the slightest communication from these people. Phone calls and voicemail go unanswered and unreturned. These people do not care about the homes and lives they are mishandling right now, and will not care about your home or your self either, should you choose to involve yourself with them.

Certainly would not recommend this property company based on my experience. As a property manager, Brock does not have any Customer Service skills at all. He does not respond to questions regarding his properties. Emails and phone calls from his tenants are often unanswered . In my opinion, he is very incompetent. Would give zero stars if that option was available.

Lifestyles Strata Management is a breath of fresh air. Their team of managers and admin are committed to customer care. I would like to send a huge shout-out to Strata managers Perry and Jordyn Ruhr at Lifestyles Strata Management. I am a property maintenance manager for 9 properties and 13 buildings, and Perry and Jordyn manage three of my strata buildings. They are an absolute pleasure to work with. Their no-nonsense, straightforward approach, combined with their ability to show compassion and understanding to all residents, is truly inspiring. I appreciate your help and support daily.
