Cassandra has been helping me manage my chronic pain with deep tissue massage for awhile now. She recently introduced me to Local Cryo therapy & it has been VERY affective. Cassandra is extremely skilled as a massage therapist. I have been using her services for years. She assesses my pain levels and problem areas at the beginning of each session, does her magic, suggests lifestyle changes and movements to avoid or improvements to the movements, and I am refreshed and relaxed after each session. She also is situationally aware and will chat with you if you are in a talkative mood, but she adapts to the silence if she notices your mood shifting 💕 Definitely recommend!
