Not very friendly or accommodating. The dollys are not available without advance notice, how advance is up to his discretion considering he is only available 2 hours a day!! The only dolly available had a flat tire and was unusable. We had to carry everything all the way down the hall to the truck
Storage unit itself is nice. The manager is only there a couple hours a day during the week & keeps the dolly for bigger items locked away unless you request it. He is not very flexible with working around the 2 hours he’s there if you need assistance with anything especially the bigger dolly to help you move larger items. I would highly recommend bringing your own dolly or moving assistive devices as the options at this storage are very limited (there is one small dolly that is left out to use).
The employees are very courteous, the facilities are always very clean I am very pleased with everything.
They are a great business to work with, keep up the awesome job guys.
