Ordering and purchasing the trailer was satisfactory and as expected- nothing extraordinary. I had financing and everything completed and the check was in their hand weeks ahead- still took 8 hours to leave the lot for some reason. My major issue with this company was the complete lack of follow through when it came to warranty repairs. I scheduled some minor warranty repairs with the service manager 5 months ahead of arrival, so it would coincide with our move across the country. The place is closed but the guy who does repairs and paints is excellent
As an RV’er of nearly 20 years and someone on a fixed income - I can honestly say that Lifestyle RV is by far, the BEST service department I have come across in years and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. I had been caught in a tornado earlier in the year and it damaged my black tank, awning and a few other items. Try as I may to fix both with duct tape, the awning was unusable and the black tank kept leaking to the point that it had to be fixed - as no camping ground would tolerate it.
