Would give negative stars if possible. Living in one of their “other properties” in north east Ithaca, Varna actually, for three years my experience has been horrible. First, their lease says they will not refund your deposit which I believe is against the law. Also, Lucente holdings, aka Lifestyle Properties, owns and rents many of the properties on Dryden Road in Varna and wanted to destroy them all in order to create a large new development on the land.
