Thank you Rick for coming out on a Saturday to design our patio, you are an expert with local council regulations as I feel we've got the most out of our build. Absolutely amazing- from dealing with Sam at design to the actual construction was so easy . Always punctual and kept me involved throughout the planning process. Nicola in the office was amazing when I was having difficulty processing payment etc and finally, Arnold the greatest- removed old patio roof and construction of new one in 2 days - incredible work ethic and so clean - amazing job. Would definitely recommend this company and well worth the money
They have a really good salesperson that’s the main reason I initially chosed this company. However, the office staff is unpleasant to deal with. If any issues arise, they do everything they can to avoid taking responsibility. I have a couple of upcoming jobs and was hoping to go with them again because the pre-sale service was great, but the office staff and after care support have been shocking. I will never use them again.
