These guys are fantastic! Quick and easy process! Finished product is incredible ! I’m securing a quote, getting it into fabrication and install I couldn’t be happier
Absolutely amazing- from dealing with Sam at design to the actual construction was so easy . Always punctual and kept me involved throughout the planning process. Nicola in the office was amazing when I was having difficulty processing payment etc and finally, Arnold the greatest- removed old patio roof and construction of new one in 2 days - incredible work ethic and so clean - amazing job. Would definitely recommend this company and well worth the money
They have a really good salesperson that’s the main reason I initially chosed this company. However, the office staff is unpleasant to deal with. If any issues arise, they do everything they can to avoid taking responsibility. I have a couple of upcoming jobs and was hoping to go with them again because the pre-sale service was great, but the office staff and after care support have been shocking. I will never use them again.
The first patio I had built by these guys the stuffed it up and laid pipes wrong, causing pipes to pool with water, then when I thought I would give them a second chance and do another roof the came out to do measurements didn’t listen to to my requests, then when I asked when will they send through the quote they said next week it’s been two weeks and nothing. Typical I would not trust or recommend these guys to anyone
