I want to thank Joe and his team for really holding our hands during the purchase and installation process. He really listened to our needs, offered a number of very viable, practical suggestions, and also walked us through the removal and installation process. The fact that he listened closely and dove straight into our needs - not his needs - was comforting and extraordinarily helpful. W ended up with a spa that was exactly what we wanted.
I want to let Lifestyle Outdoor know that the sales person Kelly Lupori and the installer (Michael Leiva) of our new hot tub cover are two employees I would love to have work at my company. I was dreading the process of buying a hot tub... it is a confusing, process and before going to Lifestyle Outdoor, the sales people encountered the were of sleazy high pressure up sellers. Kelly Lupori was the EXACT opposite of that, she was patient, kind, knowledgeable and and helpful, and REALLY took time with us to help us find the right Hot Tub for us! 6 months in now and WE LOVE IT.
