Matt is the only reason I feel comfortable coming in the gym. He has been the best trainer and so helpful and caring even though i was a "problem child" and rarely came in at first to workout. After some health issues, I came back, and he was so understanding and made it easy to come back to the gym and suggested a meal delivery service that has kept me on track. Even after moving out of Covington, I drive here because of Matt. Best trainer EVER.
I love coming to workout in a quiet and peaceful environment knowing that the exercises have been tailored specifically for me.
