I have had such great success at LMC! I just love Krupa Patel and the other staff members I have met with. I have lost over 100 pounds in the last year and have learned that it is a lifestyle change, not a diet. I get great tips and ideas during my visits with Krupa. I highly recommend LMC. I never would have thought I was capable of losing this much weight. Just tracking what I eat and counting calories along with lots of fun exercises. I even walked in my first 5K in over 25 years! I can do this! Thanks LMC!!
Over the last 7 months, the team at Lifestyle has helped me loose almost 50 lbs by making changes to my diet. While I know much of the loss is attributed to my motivation, the instruction and education up front and the regular accountability since then has been very helpful. This is a wonderful practice - everyone is friendly, upbeat, and professional. Super support & easy to understand counseling for comprehensive life & medical needs - they’ve helped me lose significant weight, drop my BP, and lower my blood glucose! I’ve learned how to practically manage my eating habits - even at work or traveling- without starving myself. I would highly recommend this Cary location :)
I love the folks at the Cary Lifestyle center, they have been overwhelmingly supportive while helping me reach my weight loss goals, and lifestyle changes. They have helped to keep me motivated, and offer invaluable advice for coping with life's challenges. You will not find a better team of people to work with. I highly recommend this group.
Lifestyle Medical Center is wonderful because they are willing to send a RD to our office. Every other week I meet with Kim Lee in a conference room just a few steps from my office. The convenience is life-changing and so is meeting with Kim. Consulting with her has been better than I anticipated. She is professional, encouraging and very knowledgeable. I learn something new each time we meet that is consistently changing my diet and overall health in positive ways. Highly recommend.
