The Brier Creek location has one P.A. She is unprofessional as she doesn’t show up for scheduled appoints and the front desk staff have to call you 15 minutes before your appointment to tell you it’s canceled. Before that I received a call the day before my appointment telling me she wasn’t going to be in at all and I needed to reschedule. This person has no respect of another’s time and the management at this location needs to address it. Your policy clearly states if a patient cancels within 24 hours, they have to pay.
