I was recommended to Stephanie, and Lifestyle Management Counseling through my employer's EAP in February 2016. At that time I was at rock bottom. Through her patience, guidance, and assistance I was able to pick myself up, dust off, and face life again. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone that is in need of counseling.
