Excellent service. Would highly recommend. Showed true professional approach tailored my individual window requirements.
We are not sure why CC T, who we have never dealt with before or who has never called us before (most people call us), would bother leaving a bad review - other than to bring our 5.0 rating down. Our website and the sign on our door says that we offer IN HOME estimates, so yes, having only 2 employees, we do have to close for appointments. We also find it impossible to install our window treatments without actually being in the clients home.

Rhonda and Steve were very helpful from selecting fabrics to the final install. They even came back a month later to change out a rod that was not working for us.
