I have been going for about a month and a bit now and found the workouts to be challenging in a good way. Enjoying the variety of classes on offer. Very friendly team from the trainers right through to those who attend.
Really friendly team environment. All the trainers know their stuff and there’s something for everyone no matter what level. Started with my daughter on the challenge and liked it so much took a membership! Excellent value as well when compared to other gym memberships I’ve had.
