Chesapeake is the Best if you want to be Healthy!
The manager of this facility is incredibly rude. I took the day off work for my 3 month bariatric surgery nutrition follow up only to find out my appointment was supposed to be virtual. I was sent three reminders that said my appointment was AT the lifestyle center! This woman (I’d use her name, but she never introduced herself) refused to acknowledge that they dropped the ball and didn’t even offer an apology for my wasted time and gas. Great facility and staff!
I completed my 18 sessions of Cardiac Rehab at Lifestyles Fitness Center this past week. When I signed up I had no idea what to expect. The first session quickly showed me that they were serious about Cardio Rehab and that I could expect a good workout each and every session.
