Very friendly place. The workout classes in the mornings are great and allot of nice people come.

We go there they don't offer everything on there service list just a heads up but the place is ok alot of outdated equipment but still not bad a lil over priced and long contracts
Really nice gym, especially for Rogersville. They were nice enough to let me work out there for free for a day. The pricing is outrageous though. $159 sign up fee and then $59/month on a year contract. $867/yr and that was just for a single plan. I’d join in a heartbeat if they were a little more flexible and reasonable on pricing
