The best gym I ever been to. The owner is nice and very personable. Absolutely no complaints with this gym. The people are friendly and it has a family feel to it. Highly recommend this gym.

I was a member of Jay’s gym for three years, and I can confidently say it’s the best gym in Vero Beach by far. The gym is always clean, well run, and filled with top-notch equipment at a very reasonable price. The owner takes care of his members—he makes it a point to say hello and goodbye, which goes a long way. Over the years, I’ve met so many great people and genuinely felt like part of a family. Overall highly recommended, the owner is extremely friendly, gym is kept very clean and well maintained. Gym members and trainers are all very polite. I don't think I've ever had to wait longer than a few minutes to use a machine. Worth it for the privacy compared to PF.

Been coming here for 6 months. I just moved Vero and used to go to an LA Fitness for 5 years. This gym has all the necessary equipment you need including heavy dumbbells, a squat rack, bench press and all the common machines. What I love the most about this gym is the vibes and everyone is very nice, and its never busy. This is a mom and pop style business ran by the owner Jay. Can't say enough about this place!! First day in the gym and the owner treats you like you've been a member for 10 years! Great customer service, clean and nice equipment. If your looking for a gym in the vero area this is your place! Highly recommend!
