The Gym has great equipment, a very helpful owner who lifts weights, and friendly members. It’s clean, and the gym is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. My wife and I highly recommend this gym.

The best gym I ever been to. The owner is nice and very personable. Absolutely no complaints with this gym. The people are friendly and it has a family feel to it. Highly recommend this gym.

I was a member of Jay’s gym for three years, and I can confidently say it’s the best gym in Vero Beach by far. The gym is always clean, well run, and filled with top-notch equipment at a very reasonable price. The owner takes care of his members—he makes it a point to say hello and goodbye, which goes a long way. Over the years, I’ve met so many great people and genuinely felt like part of a family.
