Great gym. Affordable costs. Easily accessible whenever you want. Friendly working staff. This gym can be a wonderful fitness community if that’s what you’re looking for, with great clientele, as well as a more private place if you need to work out after hours. Highly recommend

I’ve been a member here for a year. Loved it so much I added two more family members to it. Jay, the owner is great. Jim, the trainer is as well. What I like the best about the gym is someone will always walk my daughter to the parking lot if I’m not with her. Really great people. It’s best place in Vero for my family.

Best gym ever, great prices and a super welcoming place! The owner is very friendly! There’s a great variety of machines, super affordable priced vending machine incase you forget a protein shake and really nice dumbbells!

Jay is just awesome. The gym has everything you need and the environment is great. No better place to get your workout in vero hands down.
