I decided to contact Kerry after struggling with secondary infertility and having no support, answers, help or investigations by doctors or the EPU. Kerry is not only compassionate she is an expert in her field and more so then any of the doctors or midwives I have encountered to date. After 2 years of trying for a baby, my wife and I fell pregnant after working consistently with Kerry for 6 months. Not only did she advise us on different techniques and lifestyle changes, she also listened to our feelings and thoughts and was always extremely understanding and empathetic. Couldn't recommend enough (in fact, we have recommended her to lots of other people we know already) Can never thank you enough Kerry

Terrible, cancelled our booking without asking or confirming after paying a deposit just because we questioned the location. For a place that's suppose to be understanding by profession all we got was anything but understanding. I'm glad the appointment was cancelled after all judging by her customer care. Obviously still a lot to learn in this department. Go else where is my advice
