We are frequent visitors to Kelowna. During this visit I had a dental issue and was referred to Lifestyle by our son and daughter in law. Dr. Pointer and team responded quickly and provided excellent treatment for the issue. They set expectations well at each step and reassured me with follow up plans. Amazing! I had my first filling with Dr Caitlin Pointer and she made me feel so comfortable when I was quite nervous. She walked me through everything that was going on, explained how it as going to work and I was more comfortable than I ever would have imagined. Receptionists Kaylee and Denise are also amazing. Always super friendly, they work hard to get you in when it works for you, and help with any questions you might have about your coverage. Love this team!
Great customer service, made our nervous child feel comfortable. Highly recommend!
