My disabled father ordered from this company in October and has not received the product or a refund on his order. My attempts to chase them up have also met dead ends with their email address being deactivated. This is clearly a scam and will be reported to the ACCC.
Clothesline ordered 25/05/25. It is now 21/09/25 and I still have nothing but vague responses and still no honest ETA. Have requested a refund and will be reporting to the ACCC. Update: the clothesline eventually did arrive in October and is actually a great clothesline. I would say that their communication is terrible but the product is good (when you eventually get it).
Would give zero stars if I could - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. We paid over $400.00 in November 2025 and have been chasing ever since to find out where our clothesline is. I can see we're not the only people this has happened to either - would love to look at what legal action can be taken for being scammed. So disappointing!!!! This company has gone into liquidation. Received email advising me so. Owner issued me with a refund for my order.
