I have a wall mounted clothesline with 10 strings. They broke rang this company to replace the strings, waited 6 weeks the young man was here for 7 mins and told me he was in the area and that I could have just bought the string from Bunnings if I had realised I def could have done it myself, he told me it was the easiest job he had done, yes 7mins, I was sent an invoice for $200.00 which I thought was ridiculous for a 7 min job, I offered to pay $100.00 which was still a rip off, then started daily calls and texts for 200.0... read more
My grandmother called to get some pricing on a new clothes hanger. The man on the phone was quite demanding and was asking her for her credit card details and was very pushy. She felt scared. Not a good look guys.
Ordered to 1.8 wall mounted clothesline. Delivered on time which was outstanding considering it’s only 7 days until XMAS and I’m in a small town on the northern rivers. Which is a very busy time usually. The instructions were precise and easy to understand, I just followed them and it was a very easy install. Customers service was prompt and polite. Highly recommend this company and their product. 5 stars from me

I ordered the Sunchaser Mobile Clothesline and I am so happy with it! It is a good quality Aussie clothesline and I love how I can wheel it around the back yard with ease. My husband put it together in about an hour and he said he had no issues with it. Be prepared to wait for it though, and that is made clear on their website so when I ordered I knew it would take 20 days (give or take) so I was willing to wait a month before I would make any follow up contact.
