Had the pleasure of meeting the team at Fine Food Australia, and Tina and Anthony kindly gave me some of their bread to taste. It’s fantastic! It’s incredibly soft, full of flavour, and not even remotely dry, either to the touch or when you eat it. If you’ve tried a lot of gluten-free bread, you’ll know how often it can have that dry, cardboard-like texture and taste. This company makes a gluten free bread for IGA, Aldi, Woolworth, Coles etc. I have tried them all. I did discover that their IGA recipe was different from other stores. I queried the company directly. Over the Christmas break 2025 the bread was hard to source and now it is a new improved recipe. Rubbish. The seeded bread is now terrible. I used to buy the bread (still frozen), from my local IGA by the carton - it was excellent. No more. I tried the other supermarkets and will not be buying again anywhere.
