We had an appointment for first thing this morning. Cleaned out the car, arranged for a ride. We were told that someone would be there to open and set up between 10-10:30 this morning. We arrived at 10 and waited in the parking lot until 11:15. No one showed. Another vehicle pulled in, and the driver said that they had an appointment for 11am. We all waited and finally left. Best wash and exterior detail that I have ever had. My dark blue Lexus IS250 looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Prices are so reasonable that I am able to take it over there more often than some of the other places I have been to, and those places don't do nearly as good of a job. Love this place!!
