I came to Dr.Kovonuk with skepticism and apprehension. I was told by three different specialists that there was no help for my hemifacial spasms. Dr.Kovonuk took the time and her skills to help me get better. Where I was getting multiple spasms a day, I am on my 12th day spasm free. Kudos to Dr.Kovonuk for her expertise and knowledge. I also would like to commend Lisa who is always pleasant, warm and accomodating. I always leave the office feeling relaxed and one more day to being spasm free.

Dr. Kayleigh is great! She came highly recommended by someone and she did not disappoint. The office is clean and calming, and loved the natural light. Dr. Kayleigh was personable and spent time to get to know me, my goals and offer feedback and personal anecdotes. My visit was specifically for pregnancy acupuncture but seems the office has many great services. I felt so relaxed afterwards and am looking forward to more sessions!
My first visit to Lifestyle Acupuncture was wonderful. Dr.Kayleigh is very thorough and so easy to talk to. I actually felt better after just one time and I cannot wait to go back again.
