The manager refuses to return calls, numerous attempts to reach out & figure out why they will not re-bill the assisted living place when NOA was issued. They're all about you when receiving a client but zip after the fact. Very unprofessional & uncaring.
Such an awesome organization! This caring group of staff not only connect clients with much-needed services, but also ensure individual needs are being met from home delivered meals to transportation to caregiving and so much more.
