I had a good experience donating blood today for my first time. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They also make sure you are fine before leaving and provide snacks and water for the donors.
My first time here & first time donating blood, so I didn’t know what to expect. A nice young lady named Linda helped me. She was very patient, nice, and welcoming. She made the experience smooth. Will come back next time I need to donate blood purely off her customer service!
Says they were open but door was locked on a Thursday at 2pm. Dotn recommended coming here because who knows what the real hour are.
Donating blood can sometimes be a little uncertain, but my experience here was excellent thanks to Nurse Destiny. From the start, she was professional, precise, and very attentive. She found the vein right away, the needle insertion was smooth with zero discomfort, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She explained each step clearly, checked in often to see how I was doing, and had the perfect mix of skill and friendliness.
