My experience was very pleasant and I want to thank Maria for being so very kind!
I came in to donate blood twice, and they refused to process me as a female, despite being on hormone replacement therapy for 4 years now(readings are different between sexes and I have unique chemistry, closer to female now). In addition, both times I was refused for low hemoglobin, and the second visit the worker stabbed my fingers so hard and it got infected. Waste of time, when I was just trying to learn my bloodtype. 1 star!

Today i showed up to my appointment and the lady that greeted me, I believe her name was mariana was so sweet and made this experience very wonderful. I hope her upper manager realize they have and acknowledge her great work...
