If you’re looking for medication to help with your mental health, this is a good place. The staff is very kind and understanding. However, if you’re looking for therapy, I wouldn’t recommend it. They put me on a waiting list for a therapist over a month ago without telling me they didn’t even have one in the office. I only found out after I called to check in, a month later, with no communication from them. I just wish they would have told me upfront so I could have looked elsewhere for therapy.
I entered the FIT program with them and was only in their program for about a month and had to transfer because I moved to Marion county. When I transferred to the children’s home society FIT program after a few weeks into it my counselors told me that Lifestream lecanto called me “uncooperative” during their staff meeting after the transfer which blew their minds because at this point we all knew each other well and tasks were being completed they had said it’s like they were talking about a different client. My boyfriend just got sent here and based off the reviews I’m not too happy about it. There is not one good review and that is just so sad. I pray that he is getting treated well. I will update when he is released. I’m surprised this place is up and running with all these bad reviews but let my boyfriend leave there and not have had a good experience 🤣 tuuhhhh

They make you come there an hour before your appointment. Paperwork and blood pressure doesn't take an hour. I am disabled and waiting an hour aggravated the herniated discs in my neck and back along with my arthritis. Please keep in mind that not all of us can sit in a chair for that long. Also, I'm still waiting for a therapist and I have yet to get a call about one and it's already been a few months. Obviously they don't care about patient's well being.
