If I could give negative stars, I would. My buyer/seller were supposed to close the end of July 2020. We close 10/16/2020 ONLY after the buyer that used Brian Foote as his lender contacted an attorney! When we informed him that buyer was scheduled to see his attorney - we closed the next week. This was one of the worst, if not The Worst experiences I have had with lender. Hopefully, I will not encounter these lenders again
