I have been waiting for 3 and a half years trying to get a headstone in place. All I get is a run around and empty promises. I am in the process of retaining a lawyer . I am tired of being played as a fool. I live in CA and this has been a royal pain. My mother is 94 and is not doing well and this will be her headstone.
I ordered a memorial for my mother in February of 2015, as of now August 2016 there is no headstone. I filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania State Attorney Generals office. I recommend that anyone who has not received the headstone they paid for, contact the State Attorney General's Office.
