DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS, Greg Stefan is a THIEF! Greg took money ($3500) for a Memorial Plaque ordered in May 2020 for my Father's gravesite and as of today (12/17/2020) there is NO plaque! He NEVER return calls but have his 'middle person, Mary/Marinelly Mariano' call with BS information. Plaque was promised for 11/12/2020, nothing. Then 'Mary' called on 12/7/2020 saying that the plaque was complete and even sent photos of the MEMORIAL 'plaque', it is 12/17/2020 and they have produced NOTHING! I have had a horrible experience with this company, 1843 Gallagher Memorials. I paid for a headstone for my parents grave in February 2020. It is now December 16, 2020 and I still don’t have a headstone. I’ve been given different delivery dates and most recently was told it would be delivered sometime this winter weather permitting. After multiple calls and emails I have not gotten satisfaction. This is outrageous! 1843 Memorials is a complete scam. DO NOT give them your business. My family paid them in full for my grandmother's headstone to be engraved OVER ONE YEAR ago and it still has not been touched. Greg has given us the runaround blaming the incompletion of the project on the weather, on the person he hires to carve, and on Covid-19. When we reach out to him, no one ever answers phone calls, emails, or website portal messages. Company was not good at all poor customer service ugh I had to call everyday complaining about getting my dads and step moms memorial placed even after it was placed I was highly dissatisfied and totally disappointed to no end on the final job of the stone I would never recommend this company to anybody and tbh it should be shut down ASAP

This business is not reliable at all. I should have checked them out before signing with them for my husband's headstone. Greg S*****, Jr. came to my home last April and I signed a contract for the headstone (which was very expensive). To date I have not gotten the headstone in place at the cemetary. I keep getting promises of delivery, but then nothing happens. At the point, I just want my money back so that I can go elsewhere.

Horrible...Did work for the company...still have not gotten paid for 3+ months...no call backs...there never there to answer the phone...and when they are there they take your info and never call back. I noticed after all the trouble that they had a ton of complaints and bad ratings all over the place because of the way they do business. Stay away from them...

Terrible! I waited 13 months for inscription on headstone! I paid in full right away too! I was told it would be 3 months, (3 months would have been July 2015) It was expressed to me that this company was associated with the cemetary my brother is buried in, not true! Dont believe anything! It is so difficult after a sudden loss, or any loss! I cant believe people would take advantage of others who are in such an emotional roller coaster. This company is terrible. It's been 1 year and still no name on headstone. They have many names Alessi Memorial, lifestone, Gallagher, cartledge, memorial company. Beware of them. Disgrace to families in time of mourning!
