I have noticed a big difference I actually was on a very low dose of HRT patches but have felt better off them since using fem 21
I was on Estrogel for about 4 months. Did not feel good so stopped. Saw your ad to assist with symptoms. I did 21 day detox. First week, headaches, farty, hungry but persisted. Giving up coffee is a challenge. I did have a few during detox but way less than normal. My hope is by consuming this mixture I will be assisting my hormones, sleep well, and sustain energy I need for a 59yo, full time shift worker and enough energy for my surfing and pilates.
