Got to the house, said that there was nothing they could do. Left my father lying dying on the couch.
This company billed my other half for a ride he did not take. The car was in his name, but sold and the buyer did not change the registration. So instead of billing the driver that was in an accident and taken to the hospital, they billed who the car was registered to. Makes me wonder if they medically treated the driver as someone else too. They’re sending bills to the wrong address, and now it’s being sent to collections. The company won’t give helpful information to sort any of this out! Sounds like a couple lawsuits.
