My brother, who has autism and behavioral challenges, can be very difficult to transport. Josh and Jenna were absolutely phenomenal. I truly don’t think we could have had two better people to help get my brother home safely from the hospital. They were patient, compassionate, and clearly care deeply about what they do. We are incredibly grateful.
I was confronted by a lifestar driver at the gas station for passing him. He was driving well under the speed limit for multiple miles, and pulled in just to tell me I don't deserve a drivers license. Then stared at me the entire time I pumped gas because I didn't respond to his comment.
Canceled my father's transport last minute. This was an appointment to check on the status of his cancer he has. Unacceptable don't take the call if you are backed up!!!!
