Will someone please explain to me why two of your employees, driving your company van #192 yesterday, (Saturday November 22, around 645pm) were not wearing face covers. Seriously?!? This is not a hard mandate that face covers are required to be worn at all times in public places. Your two employees exited the van at a BP gas station in Elkridge MD without facecovers on.
Incompetent and rude employees. Possibly illegal business practices
Their data entry employees are completely incompetent. My baby was transported in January. I never received an explanation of benefits or bill for any services rendered prior to receiving a call from collections end of JUNE. After speaking to my insurance company and Lifestar, I found out that they had our address spelled incorrectly so that it was a completely different word and that they filed the insurance claim with the BABY as the policy holder.
