Can't call insurance even though it is their responsibility. Very unhelpful
Both drivers were helpful and courteous. The only reason I knocked the review down a star was due to the hour plus wait for the return ride. This is somewhat understandable, as the return ride had to be called in after a long wait at the appointment.

Transport was from The Pavillion in Slinger, WI to a medical appointment at Froedtert Milwaukee. The driver was awesome, I'm truly so grateful!
