BEWARE of Lifestar for medical appointment transport. We contracted to have our incontinent, disabled father taken from his nursing home to a medical appointment, and he sat for an hour and a half in the waiting room because it was more convenient for Lifestar to drop him off in advance. When contacted about this, they expressed absolutely no regret.
