I was so sick when someone called and these guys came out from Lifestar... I could not get any words out or stand up. And my chest was hurting so bad. I thought I was dying. When they got there, it was a 2 story building .. I was on the 2nd floor. They kept saying if you don't talk to us or can't walk we can't help you. My right leg was so numb. They grabbed me up by each arm and not nicely either. And they didn't bring the bed up through the elevator. They left it outside... I felt them dragging me one on each side. I could... read more

Unfortunately we had to call for service this morning for my father. When they arrived they were rude, uncaring, didn’t have mask on and never asked any questions about him. We tried to tell them what was going on and it was like talking to deaf ears. Never asked if he was allergic to anything or showed any type of concerns. They were rude and very uncaring. They acted as if my dad was an inconvenience for them and they acted as if they hated their jobs. Definitely will never get our business again!!! Glad to know we have mo... read more
