If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. This office is the definition of unprofessional and uncaring. They rescheduled my IUD appointment the day before, offering me barely any options for the new time. I rearranged my entire day to make it work — because it’s not exactly a casual appointment — and I still showed up, just a few minutes late. The care I received from the midwives at Lifestages was exactly what I had hoped for. In particular, Janece Molinuevo supported me through most of my appointments as well as my delivery at Miami Valley Hospital. Despite some complications and risking out of Family Beginnings, she helped me have the unmedicated birthing experience I wanted and was incredibly helpful along the way. Dr. Kaufman is the best. This office does a great job and I never have to wait.
Office cancelled appt that was cleared with provider the previous day. No call, no text or email. Only way I knew was double checking the time before I left for my appt. This has happened twice.
