Very unprofessional, they charged me for a papsmear that I've never received...when I asked to have the papsmear they charged me for they said loud in the front office "is something wrong with you vaginally" I'm like what do you mean...they said are you having issues vaginally is that the reason you want the papsmear...I said NO I want it because my insurance company was charged for it...they said they can't give me one since they charged me and I'll have to wait 3 years for my next annual. Don’t see dr Harlan. Blamed my medicine on things that have been going on for years. Acted like I was just depressed and nothing was hormonal. She was short and rude. The office and other staff were amazing.
Dont ever go to life stages in huber heights office the staff are ok but alot of the doctor's are really mean and put there nose deep in your life i felt really horrible after i left the doctor's they tried to say not to have another baby because i had already had 4 c-sections asked if i was on drugs because my pupils were big my grandma passed that on to me and i passed that on to my children having big pupils as well but my doctor had a doctor she was training he came in first and told me i needed to lose weight i told him... read more
