3 months to get into an appointment that THEY canceled the week of and then when u try to reschedule it's ANOTHER 3 months??!! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!! Clearly they have way tooooo many clients than they can handle + scheduling staff is rude!!!
I would strongly advise against scheduling an appointment at this center. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:15 PM, arrived on time, and still was not seen. This is the second time I’ve had this issue, and it’s extremely frustrating. If they want you to show up 15 minutes early, they should schedule appointments accordingly, not waste your time. I live 35 minutes away and was really looking forward to the appointment, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing. It's clear to me now why this place is always empty... read more
I love going to this office! I first started seeing Dr. Rush and Kathleen several years ago. They listened to all of my concerns and helped me. Kathleen is the reason I went on to find an endometriosis specialist with the symptoms I was having and once I got that diagnosis a lot of what I was feeling bad from made more sense. I then came back last year with more pain and symptoms for other things and saw Lauren who also works with Dr Rush. Just had my beautiful baby girl june 3rd ! I have to whole heartedly thank Pam , Lauren , Janece and so many more for making these past 9 months so stress free and wonderful ! Any concerns I had we’re immediately addressed , either through mychart or the pager .Lauren helped me so much to have such an easy safe delivery , we even had hilarious conversations in between pushes haha .
