Don’t go here. I was 5 mins late to my appointment and they refused to see me. The parking lot & layout of the building is confusing. Causing me to be late. There is no notice of this policy on my chart or any of the confirmations. Except a printed page at their front desk. I called the office manager and she never returned my call. Unkind policies and zero response. They should be ashamed.
I had 4 appts with this clinic and I had a phenomenal experience. The staff are all polite and friendly, and my doctor was amazing. She listened to all my concerns, answered all questions, and performed the procedure I wanted (sterilization) without making me jump through hoops as I know other women often experience. I was treated professionally and compassionately at every step and the surgery was quick and near painless. I would highly recommend this clinic to all women.
Terrible doctors office! Dr. Emmerling sucks! And so does the office staff!
So far have never had a bad experience at MV South.
