I love going to this office! I first started seeing Dr. Rush and Kathleen several years ago. They listened to all of my concerns and helped me. Kathleen is the reason I went on to find an endometriosis specialist with the symptoms I was having and once I got that diagnosis a lot of what I was feeling bad from made more sense. Just had my beautiful baby girl june 3rd ! I have to whole heartedly thank Pam , Lauren , Janece and so many more for making these past 9 months so stress free and wonderful ! Any concerns I had we’re immediately addressed , either through mychart or the pager .Lauren helped me so much to have such an easy safe delivery , we even had hilarious conversations in between pushes haha . Don’t go here. I was 5 mins late to my appointment and they refused to see me. The parking lot & layout of the building is confusing. Causing me to be late. There is no notice of this policy on my chart or any of the confirmations. Except a printed page at their front desk. I called the office manager and she never returned my call. Unkind policies and zero response. They should be ashamed.
